Q3: What is the warranty for your medical equipment?
A3: Generally, we provide a 14-month warranty after the goods leave the port. For our specifically manufactured X-ray equipment, we offer a 24-month warranty.
Q4: What are the acceptable payment methods?
A4: We accept T/T in advance, Western Union, MoneyGram, and L/C where necessary.
Q5: Can you provide OEM services?
A5: Yes, we can provide OEM services. For certain low-value products, a minimum order quantity may be required for customization.
Q6: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A6: For standard equipment, the MOQ is 1 piece. For consumable items, the MOQ is negotiable based on the specific product.
