What if I cannot provide detailed specifications?
Simply tell our sales team which market you are targeting and which products interest you. They will provide quotes based on hot-selling specifications in your market.
Can I get a sample and how long will it take?
For quality checks, we can send existing samples within 1 day. For custom requests, it takes 5-7 working days, and sample costs may apply based on your requirements.
Is the sample freight free?
Per company policy, sample freight is paid by the customer. However, for normal products, we provide the sample itself for free. We appreciate your understanding.
What is the delivery time for formal orders?
